I was recently after an item that was sold out everywhere else. I phoned the store to confirm if the item was in stock and the person who answered was extremely polite and helpful. Being interstate I advised I'd place the order online and choose express delivery. I placed the order at about 11am on a Wednesday. I got notification an hour later that it had been shipped and it arrived within 24 hours. I've honestly never experienced service like this! Very impressed and would highly recommend.
